Q: How can I speak to someone at Eva’s Dog Camp?

A: Please email our office team or use the contact form below. Someone will get back to you asap!

Q: What are your hours?

A: Our hours for pick up and drop off are 7am-5pm daily.

Q: Is camp offered year round?

A: Absolutely! We offer camp fun throughout the year.

Q: Where does my dog sleep at night?

A: We have temperature regulated kennel buildings that all the pups rest in during break and sleep times. We provide a crate and a nice cozy mat for them to sleep on.

Q: How can I know that my dog will not run away?

A: We have 6 - 8 foot high (+2 feet deep) fencing across all 66 acres of fields and hiking trails where dogs can run free under the supervision of our camp counselors. We consider each dog's individual needs before hiking them off leash.

Q: Can I take a tour of camp?

A: Of course! Tours are offered by appointment only so please send an email to our office and a team member would be happy to help you set that up.

Q: Do I need to register my dog?

A: Yes. If you would like your pup to come to camp, the first step is to register them here. Once you have registered our office team will review your registration. We will let you know if you are free to reserve a camp adventure for your pup(s) or if we have any additional questions or concerns.

Q: Are there any requirements for my dog to come to camp?

A: All dogs must 6 months of age, spayed/neutered, dog friendly, and up to date on these four vaccinations: Rabies (valid from 1-3 years), DHPP (valid from 1-3 years), Bordetella (valid up to 1 year), and Canine Influenza (valid 1 year). We also ask that your pup is up to date on their flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. All dogs are checked at intake and any dog presenting with parasites will be treated at owner’s expense.

Q: Are there any vaccinations required for camp?

A: We require Bordetella, Canine Influenza, DHPP, and Rabies vaccinations. We understand that you might not be able to but we recommend that you get vaccines two weeks in advance of any reservations. While they are not required to attend, we also encourage you to discuss the value of Lyme Disease and Leptospirosis Vaccinations with your veterinarian.

Q: Can my dog attend camp if they have a medical condition?

A:  We unfortunately cannot accept dogs with serious medical conditions such as seizure disorders, diabetes, cardiac problems, spine injuries, etc.  Please email our office team if you aren’t sure if your pup would be a good candidate for camp.

Q: What if my dog takes medications?

A:  Our dedicated kennel team is happy to administer medications to your furry friend.  Your pup’s health and safety are our top priority so medications should be clearly labeled with the dosage, when and how often it should be given, and what it is for.

Q: When should I book my reservation?

A: We recommend booking 2 months in advance in order to ensure you can get the exact dates you want, especially around holidays and busy summer months. However, if you need a last minute reservation you can email our office team. They would be happy to check availability for you.

Q: What is your reservation policy?

A: Reservations are required as we can only accept a small number of pre-screened dogs. Payment is due in full at the time of booking to hold the reservation but is completely refundable should you need to cancel.

Q: When should I schedule van service if I need it?

A: Van space is limited so we always recommend reserving van service when reserving a stay. We ask that you let us know which stops you would like at least 24 hours in advance of the start of a stay. You can check out our current Van Schedule any time.

Q: What are your rates?

A: You can view all of our current pricing information on our Rates Page.

Q: Is gratuity included?

A: Gratuity is not included or required but is always appreciated! If you would like to include a tip for your pup’s stay, email our office team. They would be happy to assist you.
